Ali Alsuwaidi is a passionate visionary facility management leader. In the course of a career spanning over 25 years, he has held important facility management and asset management leadership positions, specializing in tall buildings and megaprojects in both asset owner and service provider corporations.

Ali is passionate about learning and sharing his knowledge, connecting with leaders and experts, and proactively bringing FM professionals and various stakeholders together. He believes that the mantra to success is energizing individuals and organizations to improve and become agents of change.

MEFMA

Ali is a founding member and Vice President of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA), the anchor industry association that drives the best standards of operation, delivery, integrity and innovation for the facility management sector across the Middle East region. Ali actively leads several key initiatives at MEFMA.

Global FM

Ali is Chairman of Global FM, formed in 2006 with the coming together of leading FM Associations to collaborate and further common objectives. Global FM focuses on promoting Facilities Management and on furthering the understanding of FM.
