Foundational asset management thought
Foundational thought and direction support is designed to support asset owners structure and implement strategic asset management programs. Advisory on this front covered asset management practice planning, service ecosystem structuring, commercial analysis & asset lifecycle cost modelling, organizational structuring & resourcing strategies, SOPs and aspects related to reporting & performance management.
Operational stabilization and ongoing operations advisory
Advisory on this front has included support through construction, testing & commissioning stage works, technical audits and condition surveys, transition and handover management, preparation of bid documents for selection of service providers, procurement process management, advisory on CAFM strategy and implementation, and training support. This advisory area also encompasses design review from the FM perspective, preparation of asset registers, FM contract process documents, fit-out and tenant handbooks, lifecycle analysis and risk reports.
A Saudi Arabian corporation which owns prestigious developments was advised on facility management and asset management best practice for a tall building megaproject.
A major operator in the education sector in Saudi Arabia for whose portfolios of schools, advice was provided on FM operations strategic concept and model, design reviews against FM requirements, FM planning and program development, review of as-built drawings and O&M manuals development.
